Job Description

We are seeking a Sales and Support who will be responsible for positioning, selling and supporting FuzzyMatchCompanyNames B2B Account Based Marketing product. We need an experienced solutions engineer with a consultative approach, experienced in Marketing Automation tools (such as Marketo, Eloqua etc) and Salesforce. You should be able to deliver successful proof of concepts.

Responsibilities

  • • Provide Marketing Automation consulting for Account Based Marketing.
  • • Be a resident subject matter expert on FuzzyMatchCompanyNames product and integration.
  • • Deliver successful proof-of-concepts, deployment planning, support and consulting engagements.
  • • Establish and maintain technical credibility with prospects and existing clients.
  • • Build strong relationships with customers to help advance deals.
  • • Actively communicate with engineering and product team with respect to evolving customer requirements in the marketplace
  • • Improve the customer’s experience through webinars, workshops and written documentation.
  • • Ownership of technical RFIs and RFPs

 

Required Skills

• Able to configure and install FuzzyMatchCompanyNames application in marketing automation and salesforce.

• Able to troubleshoot data and configuration issues.

• Knowledge of commonly used Marketing Automation and CRM products.

• Knowledge or B2B Marketing tactics and practices.

• Excellent written and oral business communication skills.

• Excellent project management skills.

• Ability to collaborate across geographically dispersed functions.
